For Security FirmsFor Their OfficersFor Their Counsel

Defensible security reports, every shift.

An AI writing platform that standardizes every incident report, cites the regulation behind every action, and protects the firms that deploy it — without ever putting words in an officer’s mouth.

Why Tutelex Exists
$14M+
average negligent-security verdict driven by report deficiencies in U.S. premises-liability cases.
3-5 yrs
typical lag between an incident on a guard’s shift and the moment the report is subpoenaed.
One sentence
— “he looked drunk” — is enough to lose a client, a case, or a contract.
How We Build
Four principles, kept in every line of code.
i.

The officer is the author.

Tutelex never authors a use-of-force narrative. It coaches, flags, and standardizes — the substance belongs to the human on the scene. No deposition argument that “software wrote it.”

ii.

Cite the rule, not the opinion.

Every action in a report is paired with the post order, SOP, OSHA standard, or state licensing rule that supports it. Self-justifying records, on the day they’re filed.

iii.

Tamper-evident from the first save.

Hashed versions, prompt-and-response logs, immutable history. The chain of custody your counsel will ask for in year three is already there in minute one.

iv.

Observe; never conclude.

Speculation, prejudicial language, and clinical diagnosis are flagged before submission. The narrative that emerges is the one that holds up.

A Note From the Founder

“I have been the person on the witness stand defending a report I did not write, in a case I did not see, ten years after a shift I cannot remember. Tutelex is the tool I wished existed every one of those times.”

David Hancock, Founder & CEO
